I. Overview of the MR50L long-stroke absolute magnetic scale:

The maximum range of the MR50L long-stroke absolute magnetic scale can reach 16.384 meters, and the range range that can be selected is wider. The absolute magnetic scale is a high-precision sensor used for linear or rotational position measurement. Its core working components are divided into two main parts. The "magnetic scale" has magnetic scales evenly recorded on the scale. The "reading head" is equipped with a magnetic sensitive element inside. When moving above the ruler, the absolute position information of the magnetic signal can be read. There is no need to go back to zero to find a reference point like an incremental ruler. Even if the power is cut off midway, the position information will not be lost. The position will still be accurate after repowering.

 

II. Features and applications of MR50L long-stroke absolute magnetic scale:

Strong anti-interference, insensitive to industrial environments such as oil, dust, vibration, etc., high reliability; No need to return to zero, saving time and preventing production problems caused by unexpected power outages; Simple maintenance, usually no need for batteries to maintain memory, and solid structure. It is widely used in situations that require high reliability and absolute position memory, such as CNC machine tools, precision measurement equipment, automated production lines, medical equipment, robots, etc.
