

The core function on the hydraulic crane
1. Real-time collection of cylinder stroke to achieve electro-hydraulic closed-loop control: Collect the piston rod displacement signals of the luffing, main boom extension and retraction, and outrigger extension cylinders of the crane, and feed them back to the crane PLC/ hydraulic controller to adjust the proportional valve, achieving precise and smooth movements and micro-motion control of boom lifting, extension and retraction, and outrigger extension, avoiding movement impact and vibration, and improving the operation feel and positioning accuracy of hoisting.
2. Safety limit protection: Real-time monitoring of the limit position of the oil cylinder, setting soft limits to prevent excessive extension of the boom, over-angle luffing, and over-travel of the outriggers, avoiding mechanical impact and structural damage. It serves as the key position data source for the crane moment limiter, assisting in calculating the boom amplitude and working radius, and achieving overload/over-amplitude safety protection.
3. Crane posture monitoring and automatic leveling: Multi-leg hydraulic cranes collect the stroke of each cylinder through sensors, and the main control system calculates the levelness of the chassis in real time to achieve automatic leveling of the legs and ensure the stability of hoisting.
4. Status monitoring and fault diagnosis: Continuously record the position changes of the oil cylinder, and indirectly calculate the movement speed. It is used for remote monitoring and operation data recording to identify potential hazards such as oil cylinder leakage and abnormal operation in advance.
