The principle of the landslide crack displacement meter

It converts mechanical displacement into measurable electrical signals that are linearly proportional. When the object under test generates displacement, it pulls the steel rope connected to it, and the steel rope drives the sensor transmission mechanism and the sensing element to rotate synchronously. When the displacement moves in the opposite direction, the rotary device inside the sensor will automatically retract the rope and maintain its tension constant during the rope extension and retraction process, thereby outputting an electrical signal directly proportional to the movement of the rope. An electronic tag is built into the body, and it can also be self-numbered. It directly outputs physical quantities and can store 1600 pieces of data. Products based on this principle have high accuracy and stability. Long-term observation can be carried out by manual reading or automatic collection methods.

Features of the landslide crack displacement meter

Measure the relative displacement of the object under test and connect the fixed point with the test point using a flexible indium steel wire. One end of the steel wire is fixed to the measurement point, and the other end is connected to the internal structural components of the displacement gauge. When the measured point moves, the steel wire pulls the measuring rod inside the displacement sensor. After the position of the measuring rod changes, the frequency of the inductance output by the coil around the measuring rod will also change accordingly. The purpose of measuring displacement and deformation is achieved through data processing. It features a very small change in displacement, high precision and good stability.
