The LVDTC20 is a hinged pull rod with fixed ends. In measurement systems where the sensor body cannot be fixed, the sensor will move along with the measurement movement.
Crack meters, also known as joint gauges, are mainly used to monitor the joints and displacements of geotechnical engineering buildings. It can measure the opening and closing degree of expansion joints (or cracks) of structures and the displacement of structures through the surface of buildings. There are various types of crack meters, including LVDT, resistive, inductive, potentiometric, etc. Among them, the working principle of the LVDT crack gauge is that when the displacement of the structure being measured changes, the LVDTC20 crack gauge installed on the structure will be stretched, causing the displacement of the LVDTC20 to change. The frequency data of these changes are transmitted to the reading device through cables, and the monitoring personnel can calculate the deformation force of the measured structure based on these data.
