              WEPZFS2 heavy-duty waterproof pull rope displacement sensor, also known as pull rope encoder, pull rope ruler, pull wire ruler, pull wire encoder, and pull wire displacement sensor, adopts a multi circle magnetic induction absolute value encoder independently developed by Miran Company, and is encapsulated with high-strength sealing glue internally to ensure that the magnetic induction absolute value encoder can work normally underwater for a long time. Caution:


1. Use the bottom 6 (any three sides, the pull surface cannot be fixed) fixed screw holes, and install directly or with additional protection or other mechanical use according to the needs of the site and machine installation space facilities.

2. When installing stainless steel cables, attention should be paid to the horizontal angle, that is, try to make the steel cable slide horizontally from the outlet to the moving part during operation.

3. Maintain a small angle (allowable deviation+/-3 °) to ensure measurement accuracy and the lifespan of the steel cable. The steel cable body is made of stainless steel with a fluorine coating. Do not allow it to be cut, burned, or impacted by external forces. Excessive dust, debris, or items that can damage the steel cable stored inside the pulley or outlet will cause damage to the steel cable and result in poor operation.

4. Do not pull out the steel cable by hand or any other product before installing it on the workbench or fixed seat, and let it bounce back instantly. This will cause the steel cable to break and damage the structure of the body.

5. If used for non linear motion mechanisms, please install appropriate pulleys for operation.

6. If used in harsh environments or special occasions, please install protective mechanisms by yourself
