MFTS1 Split-type Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor Standard Parameters:

MFTS1 Split-type Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor Wiring Mode:

Before wiring, please check whether the power supply meets the requirements of +24VDC, and the power output must be greater than the total power
consumption of the product,calculated according to the different ranges of each sensor ≤ 95mA. If the power supply does not meet the requirements,
please replace the power supply to ensure that the sensor can work properly.


MFTS1 Split-type Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor are wired for analogue signal output:


1. Waterproof connector straight out of the line wiring:


Sensor has a total of five contacts: power positive (brown), power negative (black), signal output positive (blue),

signal output negative (white), shell ground (shielded wire)


2. Aviation plug wiring:


Sensor has five contacts: ① power supply positive (brown), ② power supply negative (black), ③ signal output positive (blue),

④ signal output negative (white), ⑤ shell ground (shielded wire)


MFTS1 Split-type Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor digital signal output wiring:


1. Waterproof connector wiring (RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) signal output):


The sensor has a total of five contacts: positive power (brown), power ground (black), RS485A (blue), RS485B (white), shell ground (shielded wire)


2. Aviation plug wiring method (RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) signal output):


The sensor has five contacts: ① positive power (brown), ② power ground (black), ③ RS485A (blue), ④ RS485B (white), ⑤ shell ground (shielded wire).  


3. Waterproof connector wiring method (SSI signal output):


Sensor has five contacts: positive power (brown), power ground (black), clock positive (green), clock negative (white), data positive (red),

data negative (yellow), shell ground (shielded wire)


4. Aviation plug wiring mode (SSI signal output):


The sensor has five contacts: ① positive power (brown), ② power ground (black), ③ clock positive (green),

④ clock negative (white), ⑤ data positive (red), ⑥ data negative (yellow), ⑦ shell ground (shielded wire).


5. Waterproof connector wiring (CAN open signal output): 


The sensor has five contacts: power positive (brown), power negative (black), CAN-H (blue), CAN-L (white), ground (shielded wire).


6. Aviation connector wiring (CAN open signal output):


The sensor has five contacts: ① power positive (brown), ② power negative (black), ③ CAN-H (blue), ④ CAN-L (white), ⑤ grounding (shielded wire).
