■When selecting 1-point switching input, the instrument’s transmission output and communication functions can only be selected from one of the two.
Note②:C size instrument
■When selecting an external power supply, you can only choose one of the three switch input, transmission output and communication functions of the instrument (communication only supports RS485 at this time)
■When selecting 1-point switch input, you can only choose one of the three external supply output, transmission output and communication functions of the instrument (at this time, communication only supports RS485)

Installation precautions:
( 1 )Please avoid the installation in the following places:
1.1:Because of the drastic temperature change, it may be exposed places
1.2:Places where corrosive gases and combustible gases are produced
1.3:Where direct vibration or may impact the product
1.4:Dust, salt, metal powder more places
1.5:Clutter interference, prone to static electricity, magnetic field, noise place
1.6: Air conditioning or heating air flow blowing directly to the place
1.7: A place where the sunlight shines directly
1.8: Due to thermal radiation and other possible thermal accumulation of places
(2) When installing, please consider the following points:
2.1:In order not to hinder heat dissipation, do not block the surroundings of this product, do not block the ventilation openings, and leave sufficient ventilation space.
2.2:Considering wiring and maintenance, please ensure there is more than 50mm of space above and below the instrument.
2.3:Please installing installation directly above the high heat meter (heater, transformer, semiconductor operator, high power resistance).
2.4:If the ambient temperature is above 50℃, please use a forced fan or a cooler, but do not let the cooling air blow directly to the instrument.
2.5:In order to improve noise resistance and safety, please keep away from high pressure machine, power line, power machine for installation.
Ⅵ:Single channel XSEW display controller digit instrument wiring precautions
- In order to avoid the influence of noise interference, please keep the input signal line away from the instrument power line, power power line and load line.
- Ensure that the instrument power supply is not affected by the noise of the power supply when wiring. Where noise is susceptible, use a noise filter.
- Please twist the wire material into a twist shape. The shorter the pitch of the twist, the better the noise defense effect.
- Be sure to install the noise filter on the ground disk surface, and minimize the wiring between the output side of the noise filter and the power terminal.
- Please do not install the fuse, switch, etc. on the output side of the noise filter, otherwise the effect of the filter will be reduced.
- Note: There is no fuse inside this instrument. For fuse-required occasions, please set up separately: recommended fuse specifications:
- Rated voltage 250V, time delay fuse of rated current 1A
- Please use the power supply that meets the power supply specification.
- Please avoid mixing the interference in the measurement circuit
- The measurement circuit is separated from the power cord (power circuit) or the ground circuit.
- For the interference of static electricity, the use of shielding line effect is good.
- To prevent misoperation, please do not attach any wires to the unused terminals.
