Overview of LVDTC36 Valve core displacement sensor:


         LVDTC36 valve core displacement sensor adopts the principle of differential transformer for measurement. The DC LVDT has excellent performance and is powered by a convenient single power supply+12-28V DC. The electronic circuit is sealed in a 304 stainless steel metal tube and can work in harsh environments such as humidity and dust. The output signal is standard voltage 0-5V, 0-10V, current 4-20mA, and RS485 digital signal that can be used by computers or PLCs. It can withstand high voltage of 35Mpa. Widely used in the field of hydraulic control, such as proportional valves, servo valves, directional valves, macro servo cylinders, etc.

Using Instructions 


1. Insert the iron core connecting rod into the valve core and tighten the screws

2. Wrap the pressure resistant tube over the iron core connecting rod and insert the valve block locking screw

3. Place the main body of the sensor on a pressure resistant tube and install the zero adjustment screw

4. Plug in the connecting wire and supply 24V power to the sensor to make it work normally. You can connect a voltmeter or ammeter to monitor the output signal. Rotate the zero adjustment screw and move the internal coil of the sensor to the position on the pressure resistant tube. Generally, half of the range is used as the starting point for installation testing. At this time, if the voltmeter and ammeter readings are 0-5V, the output is 2.5V, if it is 0-10V, it is 5V, and if it is 4-20mA, it is 12mA

5. Now tighten the locking screw, lock the pressure resistant tube, fix the sensor position, and the installation is completed

Note: When the sensor defaults to pressing the measuring rod inward, the data will increase. If it is necessary to increase in the opposite direction, advance notice is required
