ML-F-50MM Inductive frequency modulation displacement sensor:


Application areas: Used on static load testers, in nuclear explosion tests, in geotechnical and in-situ testing, and in industrial and other fields.

         

Inductive frequency modulation displacement sensors can be widely used in national defense engineering scientific experiments, engineering survey and design geotechnical tests, and in-situ testing in various industries and industrial automation and measurement and control technology fields. Becoming an ideal choice for intelligent secondary instruments and supporting products in the microcomputer application department.

The inductive frequency modulation displacement sensor has excellent performance, using a convenient single power supply of 12V DC. The electronic circuit is sealed in a 304 stainless steel metal tube, and has waterproof, anti-corrosion, and explosion-proof properties.

Characteristics of ML-F Inductive Frequency Modulation Displacement Sensor:

1. Outer diameter Φ 21mm, stainless steel 304 shell, rebound type.

2. Accurate detection: The repeatability and return error are very small, with errors less than 0.05%; The nonlinear error ranges from 0.1% to 1.0%. 3. Remote transmission does not affect testing accuracy and has high resolution.

Instructions for use:

1. Voltage and signal waveform: Power supply is 12V DC, square wave signal output

2. Installation: The sensor is fixed with a dial gauge holder or a magnetic gauge holder

3. Wiring: The sensor wire is a two core microphone wire, shielded as a ground wire, connected to the low terminal of the power and signal. One core wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the other is connected to the signal input terminal. The plug outputs, with one pin connected to the signal, two pins connected to the power supply, and three and four pins connected to the ground

4. The reading should be taken 30 minutes after power on

5. The factory comes with a 5-meter cable. If it is not enough, it should be declared in advance for extension

6. Properly protect, prevent falling, and strictly use according to technical conditions
