The guide rails, racks, gears, and sliders of floor-track machines undergo long-term, high-speed reciprocating motion, making them highly susceptible to dry friction, rust, and wear. The Milang automatic lubrication pump is the core component that ensures a continuous supply of lubricant to the equipment. Its key functions include:

1. Automatic, metered, and timed oil supply: By setting the timing and oil output according to the equipment’s operating program, it precisely delivers lubricating oil to all friction points—including ground track guideway pairs, drive gears, and travel sliders—ensuring no oil shortages or dry friction.

2. Uniform lubrication across the entire system: When paired with oil distribution blocks and oil lines, it enables simultaneous multi-point oil supply along the entire length of the ground track, covering even the corners and hidden lubrication points on the inner sides of the guideways, leaving no lubrication dead zones.

3. Forms a Stable Protective Oil Film: A continuous, thin oil film isolates direct metal-to-metal friction, reduces operating resistance, ensures smooth ground track movement, and minimizes jamming and abnormal noises.

4. Rust and Dust Protection, Extending Component Lifespan: The oil layer shields the guide rails from corrosion caused by cutting fluid, dust, and metal chips, preventing rust and pitting, and significantly reducing the frequency of replacement for guide rails, sliders, and gears.

5. Cooling of friction pairs and reduction of temperature rise: The lubricating oil dissipates heat generated by friction, preventing deformation of the ground rails due to prolonged high temperatures and ensuring stable machining accuracy.

6. Low-oil alarm protection for equipment: The Milang oil pump features built-in liquid level monitoring and pressure feedback. It automatically triggers an alarm in case of low oil level or pipeline blockage, allowing for timely troubleshooting and preventing rail damage or scrapping caused by operation without lubrication.

Miran lubrication pumps are used in floor-guided machines to achieve centralized, automatic, timed, and metered lubrication of guideways and transmission components, establishing a long-lasting oil film that prevents rust, reduces friction, controls temperature, and maintains precision. Compared to manual lubrication, they offer uniform and precise oil supply, unmanned operation that saves labor time, leak-free protection for equipment, low consumable wear, and compatibility with large, long-stroke floor-guided systems, significantly extending the service life of guideway components and stabilizing the machine’s machining accuracy.

The product is also widely used in the lubrication systems of machinery and equipment across various industries, including metal cutting, CNC machine tools, machining centers, stamping, forging, pressing, textiles, plastics, woodworking, rubber, mining, metallurgy, elevators, construction machinery, construction, and printing, as well as in centralized lubrication systems for automotive chassis. The company’s lubrication system products are sold worldwide.
