Overview of wireless transmission module W1/ wireless data transmission station of Milan sensor:


Miran sensor wireless transmission module W1 is a high-performance, low-power, long-distance micro-power RF 

wireless data transceiver radio, internal automatic spread spectrum calculation and leading CRC error correction

 processing, does not change any data and protocols of the user, the use of half duplex transparent transmission 

mechanism, wireless replacement function.


The RF chip of the radio data transmission station is based on spread spectrum hopping technology, which exceeds 

the existing GFSK radio in stability, anti-interference ability and receiving sensitivity. Equipped with low power

consumption and high speed processor, the data processing capability and operation speed are improved. 

The user can flexibly configure the working frequency, serial port rate, spread spectrum factor, effective data 

ratio and spread spectrum bandwidth of the radio through the upper computer software configured by company

 according to the actual needs, which is simple to operate and convenient to use.


The software and hardware of the radio data transmission station are all industrial-grade design standards, 

and there are strong protection measures. Ensure stable and reliable operation under special environment. 

The radio design has a variety of interfaces, there are industrial 485, industrial TTL and standard DB9 serial port 232, 

and DC6~35V wide voltage input, is a digital radio completely suitable for industrial applications.

① : DC power base, mainly power input, for the entire radio power supply, input power range is DC6-35V, the current is 

not less than 1.5A.


②: serial switch dip switch, mainly used to select and radio communication interface mode, MAX232,MAX485 and TTL, 

while the SET light also has the corresponding indication. See the logo diagram above the film for detailed configuration.


③ : Antenna interface, this interface is a standard SMA antenna interface, the access antenna is 50 euro impedance.


④ : Power input, MAX485 and TTL output, power input is DC6V~35V,1.5A power supply.


Note: If the DC power supply is used, it cannot be powered from here.


⑤ : Standard DB9 interface MAX232 interface.(Note: only three wires are useful 23 5.)


⑥: Panel LED indicator, POWER power indicator, on the light. Data sending and receiving RX, TX indicators. RX blinks for 

wireless received data and TX blinks for wireless transmitted data. SET interface Setting indicator If both red and blue are on, 

the MAX485 interface is displayed, the TTL interface is displayed red, and the MAX232 interface is displayed blue.
