Working principle
Bridge crack displacement meters typically adopt the principle of (such as: pull wire displacement meters, LVDT displacement meters, magnetostrictive displacement meters, vibrating wire crack meters, etc.). When the structure under test deforms or cracks, the sensor will be stretched or squeezed, transmitting the current displacement value in real time, thereby generating different displacement values to monitor the real-time changes of the bridge structure.
Practical application cases
In the bridge health monitoring system, crack displacement meters are mainly used to monitor structural force-bearing cracks. By monitoring the working status of cracks, assess their impact on the bridge structure, and promptly identify and address potential safety hazards.
