Automatic lubrication pumps for machine tools ensure the timed and metered supply of lubricating oil through automated control, significantly improving the machine tool’s operational efficiency and stability. This intelligent lubrication system features a high degree of automation, excellent lubrication performance, smart management, and energy efficiency and environmental protection, making it one of the key development directions in modern machine tool lubrication technology. It is primarily used to reduce component wear, improve machining accuracy, and extend the service life of machine tools by delivering precise, automated oil supply through a centralized lubrication system.



The lubricating oil pump is the “heart” of a CNC machine tool’s lubrication system, and its core value is reflected in the following three aspects:



Reducing Wear and Extending Service Life: By delivering lubricating oil to sliding pairs such as guideways and lead screws, it forms an oil film that isolates metal-to-metal contact, significantly reducing friction and wear, thereby extending the service life of mechanical components.



Improving Machining Precision: Stable lubrication ensures the smooth operation of the machine tool’s moving parts, preventing vibration and thermal deformation caused by dry friction or uneven lubrication, and ensuring stability in high-precision machining applications.



Automation and Energy Efficiency: Fully automatic lubrication pumps replace traditional manual oiling. By precisely controlling oil volume and timing, they prevent waste, reduce labor costs, and simultaneously achieve energy savings and emissions reduction.



CNC machine tools typically employ centralized lubrication systems, with the following workflow:


Pressurized Delivery: The oil pump draws lubricating oil from the reservoir, pressurizes it, and delivers it through the main pipeline to the metering distributor.



Metering and Distribution: Once the distributor has metered the required amount of oil, the oil pump stops operating and the relief valve releases the pressure; the distributor then uses spring pressure to inject the lubricating oil into each lubrication point via branch pipes.



Intelligent Control: The oil delivery and pause intervals are controlled by a microcomputer, enabling periodic automatic oil supply.
